Blog 4: Race Week is here!

As we enter our final week before the race, at this stage you should have tapered your training and are in the final stages of your preparation. Physically I'm hoping you have the hard yards done, and we should now be spending this week on the mental preparation needed to get through the race.

Fit factor....you mean that Feel Good Factor.

This week I'd like to focus on that strange but wonderful feeling we (should) get from training.

Throughout my personal training  sessions ( as point of interest ) I will always ask my clients to tell me how they feel before and after each session, simply by telling me, or by writing it down. This in turn helps me to focus on motivating my clients to reach their goals and targets.

Hey Folks, this weeks blog is about the importance of recovery, I believe there are two parts to this, physical recovery and mental recovery. This week I will focus on the physical.
